Ok...so people keep asking me why "Jack of Cakes?" So here's the explanation...Those of you deprived television watchers, there is a show on the Food Network called "Ace of Cakes." It is an amazing bakery, Charm City Cakes,led by Duff, who creates the most amazing, outrageous, and inspirational cakes. 
The Jack comes from my Broadway Dance Center friends (Lane, Marguerite, and Joseph...miss seeing you guys all the time!). They would refer to me and Marguerite as Jack and Karen from "Will and Grace."....So Jack is in homage to Jack McFarland and "Ace of Cakes." Plus I refuse to be called "Queen of Cakes!!!!!!!!!"
